RAMHP Difficult Conversations

RAMHP Difficult Conversations is a free course developed for workplaces and communities (approximately 15-45 minutes).

This course discusses strategies to maintain your safety and the safety of others involved in difficult conversations.

Content covered:

• The fundamentals of how to be a good communicator when delivering unwelcome news.
• How to support a person during a difficult conversation.
• How to proceed if the conversation doesn’t go as planned.
