RAMHP Getting Through the Dry

RAMHP Getting Through the Dry is a free, two-hour course exploring the potential impacts of drought on mental health and wellbeing. The training takes a deep dive into understanding stress and its biological underpinnings, and how to identify and effectively manage stress to improve decision making within our lives.

This course will also equip participants with the skills to have a structured conversation when concerned about someone else’s mental health and identify avenues of appropriate support.
