RAMHP Wellbeing

RAMHP Wellbeing is a free, two-hour course developed and delivered by RAMHP for workplaces, community groups and community members to learn strategies to maximise their own wellbeing.

Content covered:
  • Recognising how adversity can impact our wellbeing
  • Identifying mental ill-health and where to access mental health support
  • Understanding how stress can impact the brain and body
  • Identify the four fundamentals of self-care
  • Develop tools to optimise your wellbeing
