Ramping up Rural Readiness

Ramping up Rural Readiness is a free course for workplaces, community groups and community members.

Content covered:
  • How to recognise and respond to stress
  • Focusing on what we can change and managing our response to adversity
  • How to build capacity to cope, both within ourselves and our community

The course is an opportunity to become more self-aware, to better understand what helps you to get through, in tough times and what is unhelpful. It’s a time to develop a plan, to identify strategies and to increase your capacity to respond to adversity.
