Wellbeing & You is all about personal wellbeing. During this session, our Coordinators will provide information and insight into wellbeing and stress, as well as strategies to find help and take care of yourself. You will leave with a new perspective on your own wellbeing and a workbook filled with tips, tricks and goals.
Duration: 1 hour face to face, 1.5 hours online
