RAMHP Coordinators, Kate Arndell and Bronte Lee will be attending the Young Farmer Business Program Conference to be held in Armidale, so don’t miss their session on ‘Maintaining Good Mental Health’.
They will also be on hand at this two-day event with a range of resources, providing information around stress, looking after yourself and local services to reach out to if you need support. Additionally, you can talk to them about the free mental health and wellbeing sessions they can provide in your community.
This annual event brings together over 300 young farmers aged 18 – 35years from across the state to be inspired and supported in their journeys to create and successfully run their own farming businesses.
