Stroud Road Halls with Heart event went off with a BANG as more than 400 people came from far and wide to celebrate the annual “Bash ‘n Bang” fundraising night.

RAMHP was proud to be a sponsor for a hall with 95 years of history; a place of celebration, support and community.
Hunter Valley RAMHP Coordinator, Matthew attended the event to fly the RAMHP flag and have conversations with locals about mental health.

Young and old arrived early to stake their claim for the best firework viewing spot after which the kids ran wild, had their face painted and had an opportunity to see into space with a local enthusiast brining an enormous telescope to capitalise on the clear skies.
Brave volunteers had a near constant production line of steaks and snags to feed the masses before sunset and the fireworks kicked off.

After an incredible display, many stayed on by the bonfires to catch up or dance to the band into the early hours. It’s no surprise that the Stroud Road “Bash ‘n Bang” was a huge success enjoyed by all.
