A partnership between RAMHP and our amazing Ambassador, Melinda Schneider, ‘Be Gentle On Yourself’ is a series of wellbeing sessions, featuring Melinda’s inspiring story, her music and a conversation about wellbeing and self-care with local RAMHP Coordinators.

RAMHP has 20 Coordinators employed by Local Health Districts across regional, rural and remote NSW.
They provide health promotion and educational activities in their local communities and link individuals with appropriate services.
